H&M’s cooler, more sophisticated sister brand &
Other Stories launches its first fragrances this month, and they’re everything
and more than we expected from the Scandinavian fashion powerhouse.
There are four delicious scents in the collection which have
been developed in collaboration with renowned New York-based perfumer Jérôme
Epinette of Robertet; a well-known nose.
The bottles are minimal, elegant apothecary glass bottles
which would look wonderful on any dressing table and the fragrances are as
follows…
BOTANIC WHISPER
A fresh, light fragrance with top notes of coriander and orange
which melts into rich lisylang and gardenia blossoms. Finished with a
surprising warming plum and musk. Wild, sizzling and efflorescent.
NOTES
Top: Pomelo, Tangerine, Coriander
Heart: Lisylang, Magnolia, Gardenia
Base: Black Plum, Musk
PUNK BOUQUET
Is a punchy blend of tiger orchid and dewy lotus flower entwined
with sweet Tonka beans, notes of tree moss and a whiff of sweet almond.
Hypnotising, mysterious, magnetising.
NOTES
Top: Almond, Tangerine, Green Apple
Heart: Cyclamen, Tiger Orchid, Lotus Flower
Base: Vanilla, Tonka Beans, Tree Moss
MOROCCAN TEA
Crisp spearmint and lemon with a touch of cardamom captures
the deep clean woody notes of cedarwood and musk, revealing a sweet essence of
brown sugar. Fresh, stimulating and cozy.
NOTES
Top: Spearmint, Lemon, Cardamom
Heart: Orange Flower, Mate, Almon
Base: Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Musk, Brown Sugar
FIG FICTION
Plump blackcurrant berries are swept away by green bamboo
and wild fig, enhanced with the softness of Brazilian rosewood and dark plum.
Rare, graceful, dream inducing.
