#Review Rodial 5 Minute Facial

I have a confession to make- I'm a/ obviously a 12 year old girl and b/ addicted to those 99p face masks (see point a/ as to why).

In my head, I am well aware they are not helping my complexion one iota- but I love the routine of slipping into a bubble bath, lighting a candle and putting on a face mask.

So when this Rodial face mask popped through my letterbox I was overjoyed- 'hurrah, at last a grown up's face mask'....

The packaging is really... shiny. It looks good in the cabinet which is always a plus.

The mask itself has a very light texture- I prefer a thick gooey texture in a mask product, purely for the ritual of applying it though. I'm sure a thick mask has no more benefits. Also, this is a '5 minute facial' so you would expect a lighter product.

After using my skin felt noticeably softer and looked a lot fresher. I have incredibly sensitive skin too so it's worth noting this product didn't irritate it at all.

If you're a skincare junkie, I'd recommend this product as it is lovely. However it definitely won't be going on my 'essentials' list as I think the whole notion of a 'quickie mask' defeats the object.

Glowing?
